Thomas Beatie, a transsexual man who gave birth to three kids after a partial sex change, was charged in Phoenix Thursday, according to the Arizona Republic. Beatie's fiance told TMZ the woman he allegedly stalked was ex-wife Nancy Beatie, who he had previously had an order of protection against.
