If it's covered under national healthcare there are certainly worse surgeons for the task but in general unless it has been updated over the years since the article I would suggest a more known surgeon (in order to have more accurate vulva anatomy).

Thanks so much for your reply, I agree about the vulva anatomy =/
The problem is that of all the surgeons in Brazil, one of them, who used to be good, is too old, almost in his 90's and has a lot of law suits for bad practice. There is another one, who seems to be good, but charges the equivalent to what I would spend in Thailand (including trip, hotels, etc) and uses sigmoide, and I don't want this techinique. The rest are learning on their own, they don't have enough experience, so it's a matter of luck.
I guess Thailand is the only option... unfortunally in the last few months the value of Brazil's currency has droped a lot... so going overseas for srs became more expansive...
I guess I'm gonna have to wait a little more.
