So I've been on T for some time now, but I never really got into working out. I want to so I can bulk up, but I don't have a gym membership. Can anyone give me some workout tips I can do at home?

Bodybuilding.com

Anything you could ever want to know about exercises, nutrition, etc can be found on there for the great low price of FREE. They have plenty of articles on working out without a gym and plenty more exercise how-to's using body weight etc.

As AeroZeppelin92 said, Bodybuilding.com is a great resource.

I don't know what your current physical condition is - but the only tips I can think to give you are to be patient, because bulking up doesn't happen overnight or even in a couple of months.  A lot of guys get into the mentality that just because they're on T, they're going to see these fast massive gains and it's just not the case.  It's hard and sometimes grueling - and it can take years to get to the place you want to be, but it can be done.

I think that finding the motivation and resolve is probably one of the hardest things to do - not the lifting itself or even the diet.  So my second tip is to remember that it takes almost a month of doing something consistently to make it a habit - so stick with it and you'll be in a good place.

Third would be to remember that your diet is going to be a deciding factor in your gains.  Don't waste your energy lifting if you're going to be eating a trash diet.  High protein and carbs are what you're basically looking for - so again, Bodybuilding.com has heaps of resources for diet.

Lastly, I would make sure you don't start out lifting too heavy.  Your muscles and tendons need to get used to lifting, so start out with a weight that gives you plenty of resistance, but that isn't going to kill your body.  Once you can comfortably do 10+ reps in that weight for 3 sets - move up.  If you can't afford a gym membership, there are plenty of at-home exercises you can do with body weight or with free weights you can buy at the department store.

thanks for the info guys. My physical condition isn't too bad. I stock for my job, so I lift heavy stuff all the time, but I am still kind of skinny. I have some muscle and I know I can build muscle. I've tried before, and saw results. It's the sticking with it part that's difficult. I like video games too much. I am honestly surprised I'm not fat ;D
