Ok so I am moving forward with FFS in January.  I am in sales and make my living in front of people..
Everyone including my wife and therapist kept saying I don't need FFS that I will pass hands down.
I told the Dr that I wanted to be able to walk into a business with confidence and pass 100 percent.  So, I am getting the works.
I have settled on a Dr. and moving forward.  I am having a lot of work done...so should be interesting to say the least..
I plan to work harder than ever to build a new business so I think the cost will be worth the investment..
Hoping for a January 22nd surgery date.. keeping my fingers crossed.

Good luck to you. Only you can decide if you need it.

I cannot speak from first hand experience, but from what I hear is that passing is a good portion confidence and attitude.  If FFS is going to help you mental be able to present as female, than it will be most beneficial.
Hi my name is Natalie.
I am a 28 year old XY who is gender confused.
On this forum I prefer the pronouns female pronouns, ie. she and her.
If you have any comments or questions, please ask me, I am open book.
