It's also worth bearing in mind that cup volume varies by band size - so a 42B is the same cup size as a 36DD. Since trans women tend on average to have slightly larger rib cages, their cup size may be correspondingly lower without actually being *smaller.* I've seen too many polls that average higher than B, though, to think that's anything but a myth. (Or possibly that it was true once... back at the time when the average cis woman's cup size was 36C, a trans woman at 38B would be the same size.)

(That said, not intersex, no implants, and I've used patches all along.)

I started hormone pills at 19 yro and now are 24 yro I am 6 feet tall ,size 16 with B to C cup boobs. My weight is 95 kg. For my height, the weight distributed well and many people say that I look great.  I am not intersexed and will never have silicon breast inhancements( not that I need them anyway ). This is all based off Australian sizings.

Intersex: not tested, but possible because my base line test in 2011 was above average E, below average T, didn't get the numbers, also a lot of things point to intersex.
Started HRT: 8 months n 3 weeks ago
Currently on: estradiol valerate shots (weekly), bicalutamide (daily), hydroxyprogesterone (weekly) , micronized progesterone (last 10days in a month).   
Bra size: 10A (AUS), realized im still growing this month, because I need a new bra, but can't fill a B cup yet

Breast development was rapid early on, then slowed, but seems to have had quite a big spurt since surgery.

I am a small C cup and haven't actually done HRT as yet. Just herbs such as pueraria mirifica, then the past year bovine ovary pills. But next is a true HRT with estrogen patches, which are on order at this moment and have just been shipped. Can take up to 3 weeks, though, to arrive. If it is true that one can only get one cup size less than the mother and sister was, then I must be lucky at where I am at now. The patches, if not giving further breast growth, then for the other changes in the body will suffice. I am ready to see that happen. I went with the patches because of others I have met seem very happy with the changes.

I'm celebrating my 15th anniversary of my 35th birthday, lol(meaning I'm 50 years oldl)
5 ft, 5 in. tall
I weighed 118 lb's today at my Endo's.
I've been on hrt since December 27th, 2013, so closing in on 1 year.
My bra size is a 32B to 34B depending on brand.

I however am intersex and my booby's are still growing, so at the end of the 2 year mark I expect I'll be in a 32C or 34C(depending on brand) which, for me I'm tiny up top so anything bigger than C's on me would look disproportionate I fear. In all actuality, I'm very happy with my B cups but ya can't stop mother nature.
