does anyone use cicaplast instead of neosporin?

When I went to see my gynecologist, she told me to use neosporin and apply them on where the stitches were for the healing to get better. But I also have cicaplast and was wondering If anyone uses cicaplast and if it's similar to neosporin or better or less beneficial/different?

15 years on HRT and going, started at age 16.
