How can I look less Feminine? Am I a lost cause? (Pics Included)

May I suggest experimenting with combing your hair STRAIGHT BACK with gel, mousse, or pomade?  That may give you the extra masculinization you're looking for.

Thanks for the suggestion, but whenever I used to do that I wouldn't pass at all. I must have a feminine face shape or profile or hairline or all of the above. I think that first picture is a dishonestly good/masculine shot. Haha.

To me, I think all the pics except the middle one (with the obviously feminine top) were confusing enough to not gender you immediately.
If this is where you already are, then with the tips above (eyebrows, boyish hair) you might easily pass with or without T.
