There are four pytoestrogenic herbs that may help to reduce testosterone, but not block testosterone, 1 spearmint, 2 real Sarsaparilla root (not the drink), 3 real
licorice root (not the Lollies) and 4 saw palmetto, all available from a good herbalist, but real licorice root is also poisonous and it can be pretty dangerous stuff, so you'll need to add a milk thistle supplement to help cleans the liver of any toxins.
Milk thistle, sarsaparilla root and licorice root can all be dangerous for people on HRT and/or be counteractive to HRT.
HRT is 100 times more effective then any herbal remedy, because the high dose of herbs needed to have even a slight effect is far to high, cost far to much and a lot of em are far to dangerous in high doses, like licorice and black cohosh.
Believe me, I tried phytoestrogens for over a year n next to nothing became of it, all I got was slightly softer skin and placebo effect on my feminine mind.
