Congrats on the job man! Sounds like things are finally starting to look up for you man, and I'm so glad to hear it :)
I found the best thing for nicer clothes to make sure you don't look feminine is to make sure the trousers fit in the hips/thighs right. Even if that means going a size up and using a belt or getting them taken in, if they're too tight in the hips it can make you appear more feminine.

Now boys, don't think a girl can't give good fashion advice, especially guys fashion advice  ::)

I work in Business and have spent my life dressing as a guy, eeek! So, I think a guy looks great in a nice suit, shirt, and if the office does it, then a nice smart tie. And of course nice polished black shoes. I don't think it looks the slightest bit feminine, in fact, I'm still presenting in guy mode at work and I'm trying my best to femme up my business attire. Short of me wearing a women's business suit, nothing's working for me. So I think you'll look great and very manly in business attir.

Oh, and congrats of the job, well done.

I am not sure for advice, I only dressed well as a waitor but its a diffrent type of dresscode than for busness.
I think maybe you could find some inspiration in this, its a guide on how to look "hot as an ftm" but it also cover various topic, including suits. now sure this is the autors opinion what to wear or not, but maybe it would be helpfull.

Hey, this is terrific news!!! I've been wondering how you have been doing. I wasn't expecting to see a picture of a cute young boy...this is the first time I've seen you. (That IS you, isn't it?)

I won't return the favor, but I'll verify that I look exactly like my avatar except a bit grayer now. :P
