Would it work, as anti-androgen, and what are the things I should be concerned about? I want my body to at least slow down in masculinizing, if not stop completely :/ I'm 20 currently, not on hrt as of now...

I can't imagine why it would help, beyond making you feel good. Go to a gender therapist (or find one on skype if you live far away from any), and talk about proper HRT. Good luck!

Are you thinking the elevated temperatures would reduce testosterone? I know sperm can't handle high temperature, I'm not sure that would have any effect on testosterone, though.

Hot baths won't work, otherwise tons of men would have their T lowered. I enjoy a hot bath myself but only because it feels nice and relaxing and it opens up my pores for tweezing my eyebrows and other stray hairs.

As mentioned, a therapist or an informed consent LGBT/trans care clinic is the way to go.

As everyone mentioned already, HRT is the only way. However, if you just want to feel healthy and want to feel like the effects of some foods that lower your testosterone I'm sure you can Google and find some delicious items. I myself used to get any soy product, estrogen-boosting food or phytoestrogen I could get my hands on to feel I was moving in the right direction, and I did feel healthy and have a better diet but that is just my story. Now I have a great doctor and just started HRT and all I can do is be patient for the results I desire. Also, keeping a journal always helps to get to the heart of the matter: Who am I and What Matters? I'm a writer so forgive me for mentioning that. But the best route is to seek out and seek out professionals that can help you get to your goals. Peace.  :)

Sadly, no.

The only thing you will kill are the sperm-mothercells which clone themselves into regular spermcells.

T. is made in the cells of sertoli. Placed in the tissue next to the canels where the sperm cells get transported through and ripe.
(also it's made in the hypotalamus, which is somewhere at the brain but the production is minimal)

And hoth baths will not kill those, only make you unfertile.

ehh enough biology for now. I'm no docter but that's the scientific explanation :)

The bad news is it won't work on your T levels. The good news is you'll feel relaxed and smell nice!  ;D

There are four pytoestrogenic herbs that may help to reduce testosterone, but not block testosterone, 1 spearmint, 2 real Sarsaparilla root (not the drink), 3 real
licorice root (not the Lollies) and 4 saw palmetto, all available from a good herbalist, but real licorice root is also poisonous and it can be pretty dangerous stuff, so you'll need to add a milk thistle supplement to help cleans the liver of any toxins.

Milk thistle, sarsaparilla root and licorice root can all be dangerous for people on HRT and/or be counteractive to HRT.

HRT is 100 times more effective then any herbal remedy, because the high dose of herbs needed to have even a slight effect is far to high, cost far to much and a lot of em are far to dangerous in high doses, like licorice and black cohosh.

Believe me, I tried phytoestrogens for over a year n next to nothing became of it, all I got was slightly softer skin and placebo effect on my feminine mind.

Wow, I could have sworn I've been on HRT for longer.
O well this ticker will help me keep track.

How about we don't state things that people all have different reactions to as fact? Seriously. Show some respect.

Never mind, I thought you were capable of respect, I guess not.

Another trans related web site was started by a trans woman who seriously harmed herself by taking too many herbal supplements instead of pursuing HRT properly. HRT can be very safe but must be administered properly and monitored properly to ensure biochemistry all remains in a healthy range.

I strongly urge anyone to not engage in herbal methods of trying to control testosterone because the health effects could be very dangerous. The woman I mentioned, Laura, nearly lost her life over that.
