I just ran out of the water soluble jelly that my surgeon first gave me which I usually use to dilate and i ordered on amazon what I thought was the same lube with a different brand but when I got it I read the ingredients and it had glycerin in it.

Now with all the stories I've heard about glycerin causing granulation and all those horrible things, then I guess I can't use the lube I just got from amazon until 3-6 months from now when everything is healed?

I mean I've been using pure coconut oil to dilate and it does wonders and prevents me from getting a yeast infection, keeps my vagina moist and clean, and has healing properties to help heal inside my vagina when I dilate. Thanks to my gynecologist!

But I still want to use my other lubes later but if glycerin is gonna make things worse then should I not use it till later????

I used KY gel, water based.

Granulation is a body healing thing. Location plays a part.

Stick with the coconut oil and use ky later is a good method for intercourse.

Ok. I thought so. I don't want to risk something else other than uti. I'll stick to the coconut oil for now.
