Hi Girls;

I have been seeing a Deportment coach for about a year and after nearly 21 month on HRT I have added nearly 3 inches on my bottom and I am now a 42B bust and I have noticed that my centre of gravity really has changed a bit, this is being accentuated as I lose weight. I am also going to a Gym twice a week and my  personal trainer  (a woman) has been working me hard on losing my tummy as she says thats the way to get a more feminine shape. Anyway I have noticed that when I am standing , I am naturally arching my back, pushing my chest out , pulling my shoulders back and my butt pushed back back. If you ever see dancers auditioning for the Le Crazy Horse de Paris, you will know what I mean. Anyway my coach has got me doing a few routines from a dance routine following a  You Tube  choreographer each day.

Its certainly toning my tummy, hips and bottom. I route it to my big screen TV using Apple TV to give myself some room to do the routines. The videor is: Choreographed by Shani McGraham-Shirley

I am also finding it much easier now to walk in high heels since my centre of gravity changed. This is a great youtube video by Michelle Phan on walking in High Heels:

The following is also a great exercise for strengthening your glutes for walking in heels:
