For me I use a silacone breast but this is heavy and gets very got aspeshaly during work.

Before I started growing boobs, I wore a small pushup bra that had a bunch of foam padding in it and stayed close to my body well. I'm not super tall (5' 6") and I weigh about 130lbs so it looks pretty natural (even bounced with my chest).  This made my boobs look bigger (or even existent!) and fit my body really comfortably. It took me a couple of tries with different bra styles and sizes before I found the right fit for me. Also, I kind of hate that wire at the bottom of bra, so I just cut it out right when I buy a new one.

Another benefit that I found in doing this was protecting my buds. Seriously though, those things hurt if you bump or press them on things! I can't count how many times that extra cushion saved me from excruciating pain...

Anyways as my boobs have been growing from HRT they are filling that padded bra more and more and they look better everyday. I asked my younger sister how you can tell when it's time to move up a cup size. She said when your boobs "muffin top". I really don't know when that will be for me, but I hope sooner than later :)

I've seen some 'super push-up' bras a Target a little while ago. They advertised they would add two whole cup sizes. With the shape, they looked like they were made for very small breasted women, but should work well without anything boobs at all. They came in a variety of cup sizes and looked nice from the outside. Maybe they would work?

I used silicone moulded boobs a long time ago. And yes, they got uncomfortable and sweaty. Yuck... Apparently a stocking foot with barley works well too.

Hahaha! Funny you mention those. That was what I had picked that fit best and the one I refer to. It wasn't until you said it that I remembered what store I had bought them from. They even looked natural without a shirt on btw.

Try Amoena Breast Inserts - used by mastectomy patients and very realistic.

I really don't use anything. Flat chested women exist and I'm one of them (for now):

These are what I got

http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/171003240857?nav=SEARCH

However now I took the straps off cut the tabs off we're the straps are held on the tabs scratched me and the sticking to my chest was horrable and yes they get sweaty and that's horrable . I have them now stitched in to a bra with a old shirt to hold them I'm but they are still heavy and get sweaty when working I need something confatable for work aspeshaly if I'm going to be full time very soon

I'd had it with the damp, hot, sticky silicone cutlets after one summer in Texas and got a pair of Braza "Liquid Edge 2" Breast Enhancement Pads from Amazon. They're encased in polyester fabric, so they don't trap perspiration (ladies don't sweat), and they have a mineral oil-filled "enhancer". They can be worn in several orientations so one can get the enhancement in the needed area. They do need a bit of something to work with: I have almost As, and the B/C size gets me to a nice B. They provide nice weight and mammalmobilism, and, best of all, they can be washed with your lingerie. I now have 2 pair.

Cheers,

Julie
