Yeah. I can somewhat relate...youre stronger than me.. i think I would die in your shoes

Youre are a woman. You were screw out of it by nature. I dont know why society makes it so shameful to be a woman... or a guy. Not all societies are like this. It comes from Christianity i think.

Well, if its of any relief or comfort to you or anyone else following this thread, I am 50 yrs. old, in the military for 13yrs, married 27 yrs., and am currently struggling with the VA health care system as far as hrt is concerned. BUT, nonetheless am atm happy about who I am and the life I have lived thus far. Tomorrow will be what I make of it. THE NOW HAS ALREADY PAST. So, I look forward and try to be positive as to what I can expect. I cannot change the now, but I can change the future....lol...if that makes any sense at all.

Im good.

I think its over with. I finally can focus on my work.... I lost like 2 weeks of my life.

Its like a black cloud has been lifted.... i think melatonin played a role though... I was having sleep paralysis for a week. It was weird.  I change my diet too...

If you got smacked with it that hard there's a good change it'll come up again. If you have the means to there's no harm in talking to a therapist, it's not something to be ashamed of doing. If you ignore things one day you'll find yourself married, possibly with children and you'll hit your break down then. Your spouse may be understanding, but I know mine and others said they had married a man and did not want to stay married to a women. It's worth thinking about it if you really should avoid talking to a therapist or not. If I'm nagging too much I'm a mom I do that all day now.

Lol thanks

I could never marry a female... unless shes very masculine and taller. (And probably a ftm or lesbian-bisexual). She would have to put up with my feminine ways lol.

It was just ugly this time because I fell in love... but im over it. Im really am. It was the first time I love someone... it was like the doors of sanity flew open. I compare it to the Little Mermaid... the original story. It was also very Marilyn Monroe like... I created this second persona with Im with him. Norma Jean stayed at home.

But im good. I dont think of him anymore.

@Hana It's ok we have no experience and aren't trying to save someone from feeling any greater pain down the road in life.
