Hi There,
I just wanted to check in and let everyone know that everything went well in Montreal.  I decided to have the surgery without a cavity for personal reasons and I found that it gave me a significantly different experience than the rest of the girls who were at the clinic with me.  The lack of a stent during the first few days after the surgery really lowered the amount of pain I would have experienced and provided a little more mobility.  And since I do not have to dialate, I really only have to worry about performing regular sitz baths and keeping everything clean down there while it heals. Everything is healing nicely and I am so happy that my vagina still looks like a vagina even without the cavity.
It's only been 2 weeks, so sitting is still pretty uncomfortable at times, but walking is much improved and I feel better and better each day.  Thank you Izzy and Violet for visiting me, and it was lovely to meet you Myarkstir. I hope your recovery is going well too!

Hey there happy you are doing well.

Lets just say here that depth adds another dimension to the entire experience. Healing good but still very uncomfortable.

Was my pleasure to have meet another from the forum.

More to the sisterhood added is such a great life experience.

As I said, day at a time and listen to your body.

You will do just fine.

Hugs
