I have no testes literally. The thing has shrunk. When I do it, nothing comes out and it hurts but it ends quickly. When I say nothing comes out, I mean I do orgasm somehow. My T levels are undectable. I've been on HRT for 14.5 months. I can get an erection but it takes a lot of effort. Further, I doubt it is enough to sustain penetrative sex. And even more, I don't enjoy that sort of stimulation as much anymore as much as I enjoy other things (stimulating the glans penis in a manner similar to the clitoris). In fact, too much rubbing along the shaft now can cause pain and redness. I believe the skin is changing there due to hormones.
