Hi girls,

I just want to ask, seen as I was doing some calculations yesterday, how much weight have you lost from muscle loss? Also, how long did it take?

In the calculations I made I found that I am about 190lbs and the median ideal weight for a woman of my height is between 136lbs and 185lbs and my body fat % is in ideal for women and average for men. The reason I ask is because I want to know if it is worth losing the fat to enter the ideal weight range or will muscle loss put me in that range anyway?

Thanks,
Hailey

My understanding is that Muscles are heavier in ratio to body fat... personally I do not think I lost weight through muscle loss, but have been actively trying to loose and keep my weight down... However the idea is that any body fat goes to the right places once on E... In my case my bum is still on the small side  :( but certainly have a waist... oh other sad thing is as weight gets lost, boobs seem to lose a little too... damn, damn, damn! still can't get past B cup...  :-\
