I had my surgery about 2 months ago, and I've noticed that when I orgasm a lot of clear fluid comes out of my urethra.
More fluid that used to come out pre op, is this something that anyone else has experienced?

I do have this fluid when I have orgasm but I think it comes inside the vagina. Its the fluid that prostate releases
  •

mrs izzy

It's the same as pre-op. From same source and out of urethra.

Nothing changes on that and more or less of the fluid I think is random?

If it is comming from thr prostate it would have to be comming from the urethra,

I havent experience orgasm yet but yeah where would it come from? Is it gonna come and burst from urethra or vaginal canal? Does the surgeon manually make it pass thru from vaginal canal?
  •

mrs izzy

No it will come from the same place ejaculation always comes from before post op.

No one pees out of there vaginas unless some type of complication happened.

Some do although the amount of fluid on orgasm depends a lot on the person and some just simply don't or their skene's gland is blocked.

I just noticed that when you orgash, the urethra is getting swollen / big / puffy once you ejaculate. Is this normal?

Hello everybody, please it is not possible that you may know so nothing about human body, I do not want to sound rude but this is so basic, women do not ejaculate when they orgasm they only get much more wet and sometimes this wetness with the contractions of the vagina during orgasm may make it split, the liquid which comes from the men penis comes from the uretra and many many men have this liquid when the get aroused and not when they come, I am a T-woman and can also say from self experience, I'm pre-op and never come during sex with my husband but get really really wet and sometimes this liquid from uretra runs down my legs and I really hope it keeps after op. Some women have the so called "woman ejaculation", which is not so common but that is another story.

While it doesn't come from the vagina itself, the location of the urethra is kind of borderline between the internal and external genitalia. Its location can definitely cause confusion.

that is half true as per wikipedia

The Bartholin's glands (also called Bartholin glands or greater vestibular glands) are two pea sized compound racemose glands[2] located slightly posterior and to the left and right of the opening of the vagina. They secrete mucus to lubricate the vagina and are homologous to bulbourethral glands in males. However, while Bartholin's glands are located in the superficial perineal pouch in females, bulbourethral glands are located in the deep perineal pouch in males. Their duct length is 1.5 to 2.0 cm and open into navicular fossa.[2] The ducts are paired and open on the surface of the vulva.

but women still posess the ability to ejaculate from the skenes gland ducts which are responsible for female ejaculation and their opening is located very close to the urethral opening

Just so its on topic we are talking about post op and not cis.

Post op women ejaculation comes from the urethral opening.

No where else.

I own one.

Hi Chinee,

Yes, quite normal. When to body is stimulated to the point of orgasm, there is a build up of blood in all blood vessels in the pelvis/vulva area, creating this puffiness.

Hi Jojo,

Generally, depending on your own body's sensitivity, pre-op frequency of ejaculation, surgeon, surgical technique etc; it should be relative soon post op. anything from a few days to a few weeks.

You must remember, the brain is the largest sex organ in the body. It's the thing that "organises" the whole process of orgasm. Hope this helps.
