Facial hair - mostly laser cleared - do weekly or all at once electrolysis?

So my facial hair is mostly cleared by 10+ laser treatments.  Right now I very quickly shave daily, but can get away with every other day.  No visible stubble under the skin with one or two days.

I just went to the closest electrologist (130 mile round trip).  She feels I need weekly trips  She has given a 1-2 year clearance timeframe, but that was a generalized one and I'm not sure she took any clearance I had into consideration.   Her transgendered individual rate is very low,  but the gas and wear and tear add onto it.

Then there is E3000.  Their rate is higher than the one I can get locally and I would have to fly in, but they promise 3 treatments 6-8 weeks apart and you are done.

So three airfares + full clearance costs vs weekly ~80 (or potentially more then decreasing - say 200 - 50) for one to three years

To be honest if I go the E3000 rate then I'll just keep shaving and saving till I can afford GCS and then afterward use E3000.  If I do weekly that is weekly out of my GCS savings.

I'm really tending toward E3000, but I hate to keep shaving for another year or more.  However the local electrologist needs 2 days growth EACH week.

This is mostly rambling and very nearly decided, but I'd love to hear feedback about E3000 or reasons to stay local.
Blessed Be!

What color is your facial hair? I ask because mine was black on olive skin and I had maybe 12 - 14 laser treatments over a year and a half, and nothing at all has grown back since, except for light down exactly like a cisfemale. If you have good hormone levels, you shouldn't get too much regrowth, certainly not enough to require a year of very expensive laser!

Unfortunately I have dark skin and coarse dark hair, so I'm screwed. Electrolysis it is, and my electrologist says about a year or two for it to be all gone. However somewhere in between that I should have something manageable. I am getting there.

I'm reluctant to spend more on laser because it has reached a point of diminishing returns, but I still have hair left.  As I said I've already have over 10 treatments.  I did get regrowth unfortunately and it isn't hormone level related since I've had an orchiectomy.  I guess it is just differences in genetics and skill of the laser techs.

I use E3000 and I am thankful that I do. I was unable to use laser as about 60% of my facial hair was already greying.

The advantages to E3000 are:

1. No major pain. The lidocaine injections in the face hurt but just a couple times. The rest of the time - no pain. I've actually fallen asleep in the chair at E3000.

2. Only growing the facial hair out every 6-8 weeks. I can avoid the facial hair issue all but a few days every 2 months roughly. I normally go on Fridays, stop shaving on Tuesdays, and only have to be burdened with facial hair about 3 days out of every 42-56 days.

To me, that's worth the extra cost and the convenience and the lack of constant pain. I tried weekly locally and it was painful and barely made a dent after a year. With E3000, the time I spend in that chair with technicians has steadily decreased over time and I can see clear changes happening. I'm not done yet but I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel. The local electrologist suggested I'd be 2-4 years to clear it all. No thanks!
