Can a surgeon make an asian nose become a caucasian nose?

I have a nose that looks like asian wide and chunky. I want it to become thin and pointed like caucasians with pointed tip, it this possible?

If you do find someone who says they can do this you might want to see lots of samples of their work. I'd be cautious about this kind of surgery, what happened to Michael Jackson's nose (broad, made to look Caucasian, but then went drastically wrong) is a fairly scary prospect for anyone.

They might be able to provide some shaping but be careful about being over aggressive with the amount the nose is reduced. My nose originally did't flare on the bottom but the material the doctor removed narrowed my nose on the top resulting in the bottom standing out from the taper of the rest of the nose. My surgery was to correct a really bad hump but the sides had to be reduced to bring everything back in to proportion.

A reduction might be possible but maybe not as much as you would like. Also it may take over a year before the nose will be close to final form. My primary goal was to reduce the size of my adams apple and the nose was jut clean up to me. As time went on and the swelling went down, I really came to like what the doctor did with my nose.
