sorry that I post a lot depressing things, but I think I need to share and see if others have had similar experiences learn how they got through. I had another dysphoria episode, I was crying, had the "black hole" feeling, and wanted to simply not exist. Although I am mostly out of it for now, I know this will come back again. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm just started going to a psychologist, I have has only one appointment so far.

Hang in darling. Most of us have been there and it does go away.

Try and list the triggers that push you and then talk to your psychologist about how to deal with them.

Of course you can have a good cry here and we will comfort you.
You are not alone.

Never forget that.

Give it time for the techniques you will get to work.
If it gets too much go to emergency at your local hospital.  Saved my life twice.

Body... meet brain.  Now follow her lead and there will be no more trouble, you dig?

when I get the "black hole feeling" is that gender dysphoria or is that something else?

Sounds like depression but prob triggered by GD.

If it gets overwhelming call a help line or get to ER.

Sorry to hear that you have had one of'those' episodes to cope with. I found it useful to identify the triggers and then avoid them, which prevented the black days from kicking off. It was also helpful to remind myself that the feeling was temporary and would pass when I couldn't avoid a rough patch.

I don't know if it helps to know or not but bad spells do seem to come less frequently and be much less acute now. I like to think that it is due to not having to pretend to be something I am not anymore, fingers crossed that it works out similarly for you.

Well that was fun! What's next?

We've all been there
trust me there are times when I've wanted to burst out crying and I do with my psych.
my psych gives me medicine so when I feel an episode coming on within 25-30 min I dont have a care in the world.

Im in the same boat.   And its simple things like a girl having great hips or a pretty skirt or shoes (omg i am such a shoe person since coming out) even just a girl with a great face makes me feel so self conscious about my face and how male i feel.   Hang in there.
