estrogene levels

Thank you Lady Oracle for the wishes. Im pretty positive this will happen. In terms of skin I have a mild but chronic dermatitis in the facial region for four years now. It is not so bad but annoying since you cant really hide it. It started one year post op, I never had it before. I just read two weeks ago in a book about hormones that estrogene deficiency nearly always develops dermatitis and ecema. An armada of dermatologists could not give me this information, even if I told them that I was on HRT and showed them my levels!
Anyway I am pretty sure that with the recent change in my hormonal regimen, there wont be a deficiency any longer, and this issue will soon belong to the past.

My E levels are usually 120-200 but i got quite nice feminisation effects.
I can't get higher because i'm on pretty high dosages already ( pills mostly )

I go to the Mazzoni Center in Philadelphia and they do not check E. They look for suppressed T, feminization effects and other blood levels but not E.

I started on e pills and had my dose increased at the 6 month mark ( I had to ask) at 17 months I switched to IM at the standard transition dose (I checked at group and it was the same as all those on IM at group). I just got the OK last Tuesday to go to 10 day cycles from 14 day. Again I had to ask twice and the second time it was on my mind so much I blurted it out when I was there for laser.

For 18 months my T has been 20 to 36 ng/dl where low for a female is 50 ng/dl.

Within my TG support group many have been on any combination of Pills, Patches, and Shots of various types, or sources, of estrogen. One thing we all have in common is YMMV varies with them all. Some swear by pills, orthers swear at. Some swear by Premarin, others swear at estradiol. If we all were "cookie cutter" people, we wouldn't be trans to start with

Talk to your doc about all the options. Shots or patches or implants may work better for you.

Of course the bottom line is if you already have a 24" waist, 38" hips and a 40DD bust, whatever you're doing is working

I wish i had 24" and 38" and 40DD

No, implants, shots, or patches are no option in my country, they are just not avilable here, we got only few choices here unless i try to buy from illegal sources which i won't :/
I'm already on all-i-can-get-here pills+gel combo, thats all what we can get.

And i'm curious, when you go to lab, give blood for checking hormone levels, you are girls going before or after your morning hormone dosage?
