Hi everyone here well i'm Jess and a friend recommended this forum.
I'm 24 and i will go for SRS on the 30th of January with Chetwat in Thailand. I  would like you guys to advise me please on the dos and donts there cause i'm getting excited and scared at the same time. Actually i have a boyfriend but he thinks i'm already operated long story. Another question that i have is i don't know if you guys have ever experienced this but i had sex recently with a sex buddy and i came without touching my penis and it's actually the third time that it happened to me. I'm not taking hormones since 4 weeks i wonder if it's because of this. Well anyways i hope you guys can help me and i live in madrid and here it's me on the picture kisses and thank you :)

The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS

Hi Jess,

A big Aussie welcome to Susan's family. It's good of you to drop in and say "Hi". Hope you like it here, and you stay for a while.

There is a mountain of information, resources and friendship waiting for you here, you just need to jump in start talking and ask any question you like. You're quite safe here and we are very accepting.

One of the BIG do's for where you are in your journey is to Akers sure you've plenty of support. The psychological effects of surgery are enormous. Just make sure you're fully prepared.

Don't be concerned about being excited and scared, that's normal. Very normal. And anything the Dr. or his team tell you, that you don't understand, just keep asking questions of them until you do. After all this is YOUR body.

And being able to ejaculate without direct stimulation is pretty common. Proves the fact the brain is the biggest sex organ in the body. It organises everything for it to happen.

Best wishes for the 30th and keep in touch.

Looking forward to hearing more of your story in time to come, but in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.

Lotsa huggs
Catherine
