I take psych meds so all I can do is try my best to not eat more than 1,200 calories a day. I will do 30 minutes of cardio 5 times a week, 8 glasses of water a day, and try and eat lots of fiber. I will post my current weight on Sunday. My goal weight is 199 pounds.

Hey Jaz just wanted to throw some advice for your diet/exercise routine. I noticed your trying to stay around 1200 calories but I am assuming your around 200 or so which seems really low, there are a lot of online BMR calculators online to get a base line like IIFYM.com, also cardio 5 days a week will pay off at first but after a while your body will adapt to that level of exercise which means you'll stop dropping weight and if you cut out a few days you'll start to put on weight again so I'd say to mix it up with cardio/plyometrics/weight training.

1200 does indeed sound VERY low.

and the adaptation won't affect the calorie balance for pure weight and fat loss purposes that much.  if those are your only goals, you can do the exact same thing always but as long as you eat a REASONABLE 500ish calorie deficit a day on average, should be fine.

but i would also recommend weight training just because it's a healthy thing to do.

p.s. 8 glasses of water is a myth.  how much water you need varies a lot depending on a lot of things.  just drink enough and make sure you don't get too thirsty.

You were right my cardio has become extremely easy. Anything else you can suggest would be extremely appreciated. :)
