So I'm not shy. Not at all. I don't mind showing other girls my boobs. I'm quite proud of them. Even some guys, I don't mind, as long as they're nice about it. I don't remember exactly when, or who said this, but I showed somebody my boobs -- another girl -- and she said something along the lines that my areolas could be bigger. What the hell am I supposed to say to that? Like, thanks. I'll get right on it.

A. Welcome to the world of women where every aspect of our appearance is open to discussion and dissection. Even by other women. Some people are just rude.
B. You've been on HRT for less than a year yes? Like the breasts themselves it takes a while for the nipples to fully develop, including the areola. So I wouldn't sweat it it.
C. Areola come in all shapes and sizes. Some women haven't necessarily spent a lot of time examining the variety of boobs out there and really only know their own and extrapolate "what's normal" to everyone else. Chances are that women has quite large areolas, maybe you should have asked for a comparison!

Even cis women can have small areolas, i personally know a woman
that has smaller areolas than mine and i am not even on HRT quite yet
so don't sweat it, small or large they are what they are and that is what
makes you who you are, a unique and special individual
I have chosen to be happy because it is good for my health

I must say it is fascinating the difference in sizes, from barely any areola at all to almost the entire size of the breast. Those are extremes of course but it is remarkable.

My are small too. There has been no change in the years I have been on HT except for the very beginning. Both pre and post progesterone made no difference. It's just not meant to be with my physiology. I intend to broach the subject with my primary care doctor in a couple weeks. it's either kick up the growth via dosages and adjustments a notch and wait some more, or I'm getting augmentation. One way or other it's getting to be time.

Doesn't the size fluctuate as well? I know mine are smaller than usual as I am low in my cycle need to get my shot tonight.

Mine doubled in diameter but it has been 1.5 years on HRT and I an still groing. My wife's are twice mine but she gave birth and her breasts got larger but now they somewhat sag.

Yeah, I wouldn't let her make you self-conscious.

Sometimes they can be different shapes or sizes on opposite breasts. Pretty much I don't think any areola can be classified as normal or standard.

I was thinking about this and one response could be,

I just am just XXX months into my second puberty and I am still growing; just imagine what they will look like in 4 years. I am so excited.

That may put your breast growth into perspective to her. She can relate to that and she may share how it was when she went though puberty. But then again, she may feel in competition depending on her size.

Oh, I'm not self-conscious or insecure about them at all. I'm perfectly content with where they are. I know my boobs will keep growing, though. Hopefully not so big that I can't wear a cute, colorful bra. All the large-breasted ones only come in bland, boring colors.

We are all different in so many ways and combination that it is hard to say what is normal, average or median, just accept what you have and be happy.

Perfect response, MP. I wish I'd thought of that when the bra size lady at Macy's was telling me how hard my small breast size was making it to find a good fit.

My exGF, who has an Aussie GG cup (US: I cup) on a large band.. She has no issues getting cute, colourful bras - but she does have to pay serious money for them.

OK,

Just how does one go about showing their breasts to a number of people???  I can't imagine that.  I'm not trying to be weird or a pain but I'm missing something....   ???

Jen

To move forward is to leave behind that which has become dear. It is a call into the wild, into becoming someone currently unknown to us. For most, it is a call too frightening and too challenging to heed. For some, it is a call to be more than we were capable of being, both now and in the future.

Heh, other girls love to see my boobs! It's also pretty common for me to meet a girl and exchange boob feels. It's kind of like how boys shake hands!
