Does anyone else wish their natural color was blonde?

I am worried that natural blondes as adults are a dying population group, because it's only occurred in around 2% of the population. I hope this thread doesn't turn into anything race-related so I plan not to go there. I'm saying that if I transitioned into a woman right now, I'd prefer that I could change my natural hair color to a light blonde, but bleach or dye sounds like the only closest option I have. My natural color is dark brown. I can live with it as a brunette MtF, or bleaching but I just wish there was a way to change natural color.

The way some natural blondes and redheads say they have to deal with having light brows, they pencil it to make it look better, but I think it makes them look distinct in a pretty good way. I cannot explain.  :)

I really hope there is some technology in the near future that lets us choose our natural hair color gene. Does anyone else feel this way?

Personally, I don't want to be blond. However I do think that it would be easier to be blond if I wanted to dye my hair.

I kinda want to have pink hair, but don't like the prospects of bleaching it.  :P

If I'd had dark hair I probably would have been able to have laser to get rid of the beard, as opposed to the expensive and time consuming electro. Love my hair colour and everyone tells me it suits me!

i personally love my darker hair.  though, it was blonde when i was younger.  i wouldnt mind having it a bit lighter than it currently is, but not all the way blonde.

I'm a brunette but I am so jealous of my friend Starr. She has strawberry blonde hair and it is so cute!

I would like to have more fun, but I'm good with the turd brown and gray hair I have.  Having regained a lot of what I lost, I am way beyond thankful.  That being said, I always wondered if I'd make a good redhead beacuse if I had some 'splainin' to do, I could totally do Lucy justice.

Not really. I've always been fine with brown hair. For me the issue was/is straightness. Mine's always been wavy, which means it often has a mind of it's own.  :P

Yes. Then again I always remind myself I like blondes and blondes have always been more attracted to brunettes so that always leaves feeling content with my color.

I would take red any day over my naturally very dark brown. Since I need to use wigs I went with red hair with it. As far as blond goes, No thanks I'm not a blond and don't want to be either.

I would take hair of any colour! I am very jealous of you all who have a full head of hair. I suffer from 'pattern baldness' and have shaved my head for the past 18 or so years. I am letting it grow in and I will see just how it now looks, all white and grey! Hope to start HRT this spring and I know that it does not necessarily help with hair regrowth, but one can only hope.
