You are probably one of the few people on this site who I can honestly say does.  Your nose is slightly masculine, but you could easily contour around it with some makeup.  That being said, I'm probably just being picky since I know what to look for!  Chances are (going by that photo alone) most straight and cis people won't have a clue.  I'm dying of envy...
My gender problem isn't half as bad as society's.  Although mine is still pretty bad.

Wow, is there some cheerleading in here..

From that one pic? Yeah, the pic passes. As to whether you pass? Can't tell from one pic. You can look great, but if you move or sound wrong, passing is far less certain. There is a whole lot more to passing that just looks.
