Probably not. Used to think that some common ones (penicillins for one) affected absorption of oral contraceptives (they usually have an estrogen in them) but latest info says they do not.
If you get a prescription for them, ask your pharmacist. Did not come across any issues with spironolactone but sulfas might increase your potassium a bit also
