FFS before HRT has finished doing its thing?

A quickie: should I wait until HRT has done its thing and my face has changed fully (about two years?) before looking into FFS?  I'll have been on HRT for about a year by the time I plan on having FFS done - too soon?

Definitely wait as long as you can for all the fat redistribution to happen if you're going to have everything done in one shot.   Your bones will not change, however, so things like brows and jaws can be done at any time.  The question is, how many times can you stand to go under the knife?

I did have a surgeon tell me that he prefers to do things one, maybe two at a time in order to minimize variables.
