Hi everyone

I'm Jacqui from Sydney.  I just wanted to be part of a group of people who know what I'm going through.  I have finally mustered up the courage to go to support group next month, and am seeing a gender therapist.  I get scared thinking about transition because I think about it all at once and all the things that might go wrong - not passing, not being able to find a partner, but then I stop and think that I would be miserable staying as I am now. I'm not entirely sure I'm ready for transition, and I'm still working out where I fit on the queer-genderfluid-trans spectrum.

Nice to meet you all :)

Welcome to Susans Jacqui.  We seem to have a quite a few friends from Sidney.  Yes it is important to share something this special.  There is plenty to consider and only one day at a time to deal with.  I am sure you will find some answers and connections here.

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS
