Should I be really concerned?

Trust me I don't like talking about this at all, but I am really concerned.

I have been on T for almost 7 years, and since that my monthly problems haven't stopped at all. I was under the impression that T was suppose to stop it. I know my last T blood levels were around the 480's a week after my shot. The other blood level was 7.9. I know as a teen I never got my monthly monster but  twice. This is getting me worked up more and more each year because I have no idea why it's happening.

Is there a problem if I'm still getting that, and I have been on T for 7 years? Any ideas of what it could be?

Only your doctor can speculate what is going on with you.  We a) are not doctors, b) do not know your entire medical history and c) cannot obviously examine you - so it's a shot in the dark to guess and not actually very constructive.

A doctor may suggest you consider having a hysterectomy or ablation to stop the bleeding.  It could be any number of things - far too many to even speculate about.  Have you spoken to your doctor about this at all?  If not, you should be speaking to him/her IMHO.

Yes I saw an endo for the first few years, and he was the top in my area working with T. He has only seen 2 other patients who have these  problems. One being me. I was also put on some pill when I was on T for a couple of years to stop it but nothing. Yes my Family doctor is really worried ,and wants test done. He mentioned endometrial cancer. Though I have a real big problem with the test that would be done. Yes my fear, embarrassment, and feeling of being ashamed would make it impossible to even consider the test. I know I probably sound immature, but this has me really shaken were I can't consider it.

If cancer is a possibility, you really do need to be tested. Could you talk with your doctor about ways to make the testing process less awful for you? Sedatives are used for some testing procedures, and some of them have an added benefit: they can pretty much wipe out your memory of the procedure so that it's less traumatic both at the time and afterward. (It might even be worth it to take something to help with the anxiety, etc., around talking about it with your doctor.  )

I know this isn't anything compared to 7 years, but my friend is currently 13 months on T and sadly he has been getting his monthly shark the entire time without rest. His doctor tells him that about 20% of guys don't lose their periods, which I don't quite believe, but she isn't worried about it.

Jumping to the cancer conclusion and mentioning it to you without testing first is honestly not a very responsible thing for your doctor to have done.  There are plenty of other things that it could be and cancer is a very rare possibility - my initial thoughts were endometriosis, not cancer.

That being said, you are risking your life however if you refuse to have testing done.  Not all tests are invasive.  Plenty of guys here, including myself, have immeasurably horrific dysphoria that is crippling as yours visibly is - but we all have to face a time in our lives when we need to bite the bullet if we value our lives.  There are sedatives available in most clinics administering tests if need be.

I agree with Kreuzfidel.  It is hard to have some tests done, but you are risking your life if you don't.  I have taken an anti-anxiety medication (Ativan), prior to a female exam.  They would probably give you something.

Perhaps it is time to make an appointment with an OB/GYN so you can find an answer to your question.  Yes, it really sucks...  I had something similar happen, (though not for 7 years!) and it led to having a TAH/BSO.  There was a HUGE (like a small loaf of bread)  fibroid attached to the tiny uterus in my body, which was causing bleeding.  Nothing cancerous.  Am glad to have all of those materials out of my body now, so it was worth enduring the misery of the "women's clinic experience".

Amidon, do I feel for you, 7 yrs on t and still having to deal with monthly, that is about as bad as it could get.  Thinking that once you get on t you will not have to deal with them any more.  Do you get the pain that goes along with them, too?  Having to keep buying and using feminine supplies too is gross to think about.  Isn't the dr you get your t from concerned that this is still happening?  You do need to find a dr that will investigate and find out what is happening, it could be something small or major as has been suggested here.  You may have need for a hysto hopefully a simplyl lap procedure kind.

I would have raised red flags after a year. 7 is overkill.
