I don't believe any individual's review of it is biased unless: 1. You work for him and don't say you work for him. 2. You work for some other company who is in competition and don't reveal that. 3. You have some other conflict of interest that you don't reveal.
Even if someone else might love it, I believe that STPs are a bit on the fiddly side and what's good for one person isn't necessarily good for someone else. I think talking about your troubles with it could be helpful.
Another is that people who make these things commonly read the reviews. A critical (rather than a review that's just nasty) can help someone to make a better product. I think reviews are really important in our community, given we have a small population. So review please.
