Ever since the girls started growing I've felt mild discomfort, but today its different. Today it feels like my nipples are burning. Its more intense than my previous experience, but I'm only about 2 months in. I was just wondering if this is normal.

It varies for everyone but it sounds OK. If it worries you or gets worse/persists then see a doc.

I regularly experience mild burning, aching, itching (~14 months hrt). I was closely monitoring the masses behind my nipples around  2 months ago but they relaxed as the tissue expanded.

The mass is about the size of a golf ball, but it seems to be slowing.

Yeah that's your breast bud, eventually it'll settle in and round out over time.
