Dear Friends, I noticed WPATH does not include voice surgery for transgender community, this is an absurd, they cover everything else for both gender, to me voice surgery for transgender is as vital, crucial, mandatory and Medically Necessary as srs, breast implants, can we advocate and collect signatures and lobby for this to go through please, it is a must, specially for us born baritones who failed or can't sustain voice therapy, myself I have been threaten and I know of other girls as well that are in the same miserable situation, voice surgery is a necessity to improve quality of life, please help

PS. the more you force your voice to reach higher pitches it becomes deeper later on specially over age of 50.
