Having hurt by boobs once again lifting heavy test gear about I went to Occupational health for advice .After talking about my development She advised Me to wear a Bra at work .To enable that I was then sent to HR where I was Recognised as transgender for my protection .And yesterday afternoon my line manager told me that he had explained my situation to all the people in My work group and it will be flowed down to ather section leaders to flow down as necessary .What a hectic few days I am still reeling that things can go so quickly .Now I am just waiting to see how people react to me now they know .So far nobody has seemed any different to me or said anything either positive or negative so hopefully it will be business as usual .I must say I love wearing a Bra all Day at work It is so comfortable and the extra padding when carrying things helps LOL .It suddenly seems mor real now that I am officialy Transgendered as far as Work in concerned at least I am covered against hostile behavior and will get better understanding with Medical appointments .By the way My company has a very strong Diversity support policy and are fully supportive of all LGBT groups so I couldent work for a better company from that point of view
