Where do I go to upload profile pic?

I've asked this question in my introduction, but the link provided info only about rules, not where to go to upload my profile pic.

Why am I setup as "visitor"
Where do I go to update personal stuff like my gender or other info?
Why am I unable to view other profiles? It says I'm not able to access that info

I've emailed this site, but no response as yet.

You have to get 15 posts to upload your avatar and all the other privileges lifted.
