I've been on HRT for 15 months and my genitals have shrunk considerably . I'm having an incredible hard time peeing whether sitting or stand because I've gotten so small that I can't direct the stream properly whether standing or sitting. If I sit its nearly impossible to direct the stream downwards and if I stand I have to bend almost parallel to the toilet . I don't know I'll just have to live with it until GRS, I was just wondering if others were  finding it hard  not to flood the bathroom floor.

Mine are pretty small as well. I have to be very careful aiming while sitting and sometimes have to pull it out a little. I don't think it's even possible to stand and pee anymore without peeing on myself. My testicles pretty much stay of in the cavities alone. Makes tucking a breeze and I have been able to wear a once piece swimsuit without any male bulge at all with minimum amount of tucking.

I've almost been on HRT as long as you have but I don't have that issue. I occasionally spray to the side while standing but quickly bring things back under control. I guess I'll have to just wait and see. I have a horrible time tucking. I try every once and a while and it always doesn't work out.

I've had the same issue. It became more of an issue after the orchi. Oh well. Gotta tuck that stupid water pipe in the right direction when sitting. Standing stopped being an option a long time ago. (Not that I'm complaining about that)

I've had that problem my whole life. I'm almost 1 month here HRT and it's gotten worse. I rarely use the toilet seat any longer. It helps with aim.

FYI: I'm IS.

For me though, I just hold it down.

I've been on 17 months, but mine have stayed the same,  underdeveloped.  I don't even need to tuck.

I'm also in the 'need a search party to find them' group  and wear a leotard to the gym and a bikini to the pool/beach.

As for having a pee (sorry if TMI), I have to keep my legs together and just go for it. No hope of standing up to pee without decorating the entire stall :embarrassed:

I try to move my legs as far apart as I can get them ,but that thing is determined not to budge from a horizontal angle. lately I've been soaking the rest room floors in Starbucks and its quite embarrassing .

Try using medical tape to control direction, I find I now have to use one hand to apply some pressure to my bladder to get things going when peeing.
I tried to pee standing up a couple of years ago & it wouldn't start.

On the issue of shrinking, my ex would say "any bigger & it would be too big"  i've "lost" size in all dimensions so now she would say "I've had bigger but you'll do"

I would consider you lucky. I have had very little shrinkage and it really limits my clothing options. I wish they would just go away already. I cannot tuck because I feel like the warmth raises T production, very unpleasant to say the least, so for now I just wear loose pants to hide what never should have been there anyway. :(

You are very fortunate. Must be great.

If anything, tucking should reduce "T".

That's what I thought, too. I always heard that whitey tighties reduced T/sperm count.

My cysts are less than half the size they used to be, but the other part has seen very little if any change- the only difference with that is the perineal raphe underneath has darkened considerably.

I tend to keep things pretty active down there, so I imagine that is the reason behind the lack of change even with a very high dose of subdermal pellet HRT. I am non op and like having the functionality.

For me, anything tight in that area makes the poison-producing organ tingle and stretch, which I always thought meant more of that horrible substance. Even if that is not the case, anything tight still draws my attention to something I wish were not there and worsens my dysphoria as a result. That is why I prefer loose clothing to hide the problem area for now.

weeee doggies.  have  yall  discussed  this  with  your  intended / tenative  GRS  SRS  surgeon?

I  went  years  ago,{  so  ask  yours  for their  specific  pre  op  directives,}  but    as  atrophy began,  my  SRS  dr.  insisted  that  i  get  a  hold  on  the  ole  tally whacker,  even  if  I  had  to  wear  surgical  gloves,  and  stretch  it.
as  he  said, " Dont  let  it  go  away,  I  need  that  skin  and  nerve  bundle,  to  give  you  the  best  possiable  outcome  aftr  surgery."

consult  with  your  doctor  ASAP  for  a  recomendation.

Me too.... need to set up a search party too  8)

That was one of the first things I noticed, started with small shrinkage but over a year or so got even more got tiny (was always small in that dept. anyway )... Yes (Stephanie) I can get away with Bikini's, as long as they are not to loose as water around them allows a small amount of movement, even big "spots" can be embarrassing  :P

This is totally TMI but have you retained a "self gratification regiment"? When I started HRT my then doctor who has treated transgender women for nearly a decade told me very sternly that if I do not stay active with "self gratification" at least once or twice a month I will run the risk of extreme shrinkage and when it comes time for surgery my new bits won't be as deep and will lack the necessary sensitivity to reach climax. Needless to say I've stayed active out of fear and panic of genital atrophy and for my future ability to climax and so far the testes have shrunk to about 1/3 of their original size, I went sterile and I have seen only a small amount of shrinkage but nothing to worry about I think.

I know for sure mine sure has gone a bit more then 'Turtle' after 5 years

Since my life is one irony on top of another, shrinkage has not nor will it ever be a problem  :o
