it hurts!  Well I mean after about an hour it begins to sting quite a bit and it never use to, but has been for months now.  I do the method of placing tests inside and pulling of penis down and back to close to or on top of anus.  Then proceed to wear either bikini style panties and pulled them slightly up in the back (basically a semi wedgy) or wear a thong.  It looks very nice and feels comfortable when standing but if I sit for an hour it begins to sting and I end up gently tugging at the front of my panties for a little relief.  I keep shaved over entire body, minus a little on test sac and I'm not sure if it's my method that his causing the pain or the hair, or what.  I will say that I do use the test skin to fold a little over base of penis as it gives the appearance of vaginal lips through panties.  So, I just need a little help on what I am doing wrong or should be doing.  For the record I have experience tucking.

Have you been taking anti-androgens for long? That was the key in my case. After a few months of spiro, I had enough shrinkage that the danglies fit neatly into the inguinal canal. Before that, it was really uncomfortable as you say (though for me, the feeling was more of an ache than a sting).

Before spiro, I wouldn't stick them all the way up. I'd just nestle them into the recess right above each testicle.
Have you read my short story The Eve of Triumph?

The only problems I've ever really had tucking are:

1. my testicles are REALLY small - 25%-30% normal size (I have 100% azoospermia). So, easy enough to push up, but they sometimes slip back down and that can get uncomfortable.
2. my penis seems to like being tucked, which can make it difficult to get it to stay.

Never had it get more than uncomfortable though.

Try a gaff maybe? I never have though.
