Somehow I get the feeling that I am not welcome here and I deleted the reintro that I posted recently (There were no replys anyways).

I thought this was a TG support forum but I guess I was mistaken.
Sorry, I wont post anything else in the future.

Please stay. I'm sure you're welcome here! Sometimes everyone is busy with other things, but it isn't a reflection on you...

Please do stay. I often don't check this forum so don't take the lack of replies personally. A good number us have threads that have never been replied to. Hugs

Please stay.  Sometimes threads get overlooked, especially if we're on a mobile device.  This is definitely a tg forum and you are so welcome here.

Not everyone looks at introduction or re introduction threads and answer.

The forum is fluid and not all posts will get a response due to group and age dynamics.

So never get discouraged and think of maybe a different topic subject headers like,

I was thinking and need some help, today was a bad day and have a question, life just seems hard by moment. Etc.

Hope you stay and you as the op can return a topic from deletion and ask a moderator for help on changing the subject line.

Hugs

As for your original that you deleted i will say that not every fear that we have comes true.

If you live in the states there are so many protections now for discrimination. Not totally great yet but way better then this time last year.

I was wearing a long sports bra with nipple plasters. To help but after awhile i just stopped caring what people think.

I was doing it for my happiness not there's.

I started my transition hrt at age 40 ish. Do not give up.

I didn't see the original, but to follow Mrs Izzy's lead, none of my fears or worries came true, in fact a number of good surprises was in store. Friends came out of the woodwork to support and encourage me. (I had no one prior to transitioning).

I never wore breast forms in public, and the question of "where's your breasts?" never came up. (But when The Girls did start showing up..."OMG Beth! You've got breasts!" was heard about once a week. All were meant as compliments)

+1 on "my happiness, not theirs." We're not here to put on a show for others, and if they don't like it...not our problem.

I started at 47, now 50, and life is good.

Hi Michelle, I missed the thread, but glad you're back! Turn that frown upside down, we're here for you! C'mon, I have reserved seats down at Susan's Ice Cream Place, we'll get a cone! :-*

Hugs, Devlyn

Is that ice cream cone still available? I have decided to take you up on that.
I am sorry for my actions and I think the feelings I had might have something to do with my GD.
Sometimes I feel all alone and small and wondering if I made the right choices.

Breast growth has me scared also but I love them!
