Hi
I recently got an Underworks 997 ( the long one ) and Although it has reasonably good compression, I have some problems, besides from it rolling up.
Mainly because I am in the middle of the sizing, its slightly too big, but I couldn't go down a size, that would be too small, so the compression isn't the greatest, and I had only a little bit of difficulty getting it off.
I wouldn't want to go down a size because of my next problem - it compresses my ribs, making my hips look WAY wider, so instead of my ribcage being in-line with my hips, my rib cage is in line with the small of my waist. I think the tri-top could be a better choice, but my reason for getting the 997 is because I have to wear a white school shirt, which is see through, so instead of looking like a undershirt it would look like a sports bra. ( ugh ) Of course it does roll up, and it can't be re-tucked in very easily, it is far too long. Either I am going to try get safety pins and material to make it like someone elses sheet-stays idea, or I will sew the lower edge to the waistband of underpants, so it becomes like a unitard thing, like a set of togs? This could make going to the toilet tricky though.
Any ideas, and are there any other good binders? My main problem is it making my hips look wider since I am reasonably small.
Cheers
