Did anyone else have a huge head going into FFS? Right now it is the thing on my body that looks the most "off" and has me read as male instantly even though I don't have a terribly masculine face. (it's more andro at this point)  My head around measures at 23.7 inches or 60 cm and it's bigger than any woman I've seen.  It's also literally the biggest head of anyone I know in person.  I am also tall (6 feet) but it still looks pretty off for a woman, but not for a man.  I have a relatively thin body too, so it's not like I'm overweight and it balances out.  I've heard of women with this sized head or bigger, cis women even who obviously are not questioned about their gender.  I've heard it's my face being long and square like, not the size of my head being so bad, which FFS could help by making it rounder and smaller, but whether or not it would bring it into cis female ranges for my size I don't know.  Did anyone else have these concerns going into FFS?  How did they pan out?  Did anyone else have a huge noggin and similar problems?

This might sound silly because I'm not really in a great position to answer, but I'm Sure there would be certain hair do's and clothes that would help mask your situation a little, like curly hairstyles or wavy to mask how much head there is underneath? Peasant tops with rouched cap sleeves, or puffy . I know it sounds funky but I'm talking about subtle. Not all out 80's upside down triangle. But a subtle interpretation of that to change dimensions that your head is against, maybe bangs/fringe to make the face appear smaller also? No turtlenecks ! lol  maybe Bronzer to shade the edges of your face to make it appear smaller... Brainstorming . Just ideas . A dark hair color might give the illusion of a slightly smaller head than blonde hair also. Many things to consider.

Good luck hun x

Out of sympathy and curiosity I measured my mellon.... 23.5", Im 5' 7" and about 170 lbs, Im not real skinny though and my lower body is filling in nicely while my upper body is shrinking and feminizing pretty good ;)

I mostly do pass now but it is something Ive worried about... The thing is along with my hands which arent too big thankfully and my feet their only 9.5/10 women's... There aint a DAMN thing I can do about it so I DON'T worry much about it ;)

Dr Spiegel will be doing my full FFS on 2-24.... I will put up pics here afterwards...

I agree you can do a lot with your hair to help you feminize.... Id go with something longer in a straight style and layered so its not really thick... You want it to frame your face and that will make it appear smaller Id keep it darker colored like your natural color....

You should be happy you have hair at all, I wish I did :'( I think with the right hair you could probably get by fine without any FFS at all ;)
