Well I did hair extensions yesterday.. I really like how they came out... I made the right decision on the brand.  Also found makeup to hide my bruising from surgery that is still there.
Anyway my photobucket below shows before my diet and after diet FFS and Hair.. about a 15 month or so process I wanted to share.. I also changed my profile pic

Looking great, even if I never saw the "before" before...but having seen those your new pic is miraculous!

Now you just have to let loose with a smile babe.  :)
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

Ok Beth changed my profile pic with a smile. In person I laugh a lot and all my friends get aggravated that I do serious photo's.....
