My dad has been selling fire wood, and I've been helping him loud it onto is truck and unload and sometimes stack it when he delivers it, and the other day he pointed out a little bit of muscle development on my arms, a little bit is okay, but I'm going to be helping him do this until I find a job and a place to move out to, I've looked for exercises that lean out muscle mass, but Google is no help.

Can anyone here help me?

I'm not looking for exercises that you've heard get rid of muscle mass, I'm looking for one that you've actually tried and gotten results from.

I'm not out to my parents yet, since I'm trying to make sure that I want to transition, and I'd like to be moved out when I come out, so I won't be taking any hormones or blockers until than.

Thank you for your time.

Hi!

Welcome to Susan's  :)  Great to have you here - looking forward to seeing you around the forum.

I think you'll find that whatever you do to try and counter it, as long as you are doing that kind of lifting exercise you will build muscle mass regardless. Maybe get your dad to invest in a trolly so there is less lifting.

Please check out the following links for site rules, helpful tips and other info...

I know I'll gain muscle mass as long as I'm doing this, what I'd like to know is now I can get rid of it after.

Well, i was pretty strong before hormones... now i do minimal  physical labour and with the homhormones,  most of my muscle mass, and strength has dissapeared!
Dont stress too much about it now...
Just dont go do body building  and or steroids...

You never really gain or lose muscle, just increase the size of what you already have. If you want to retain tone but reduce size, then weight exercises that concentrate on low weight, high repetition are good. Bulk comes from making your muscles lift heavy weights.
