I seen a new doctor this morning recommended for transgender patients, and also well versed in prescribing hormones. I had my therapist referral letter in hand recommending the start of hormone treatment. A little before 12:00pm (noon) central daylight time in the US, she sent my script to the pharmacy of my choice, and by 12:30 I had it picked up, and shortly thereafter I had swallowed my first t-blocker pill and applied my first weekly patch. I am elated and blessed for this day to have finally come and taking a huge milestone step in my journey.
