problems

i jate my legs os much do i need to take hormones for them to be bigger and less man like

Hormones are only the path for a few. Certainly if all you want to change is your legs, well then no. Maybe you could try certain exercises. There has to be something. Im afraid I cant really help after that.

To say nothing of the fact that depending on age etc.  Hormones often have little if any effect on the contours of the lower part of the body.  The advice to use targeted excercise is probably best.  Many WBW have very pretty muscular legs, so don't worry about that.

In fact, while talking to an MA about my age at work one day, she asked if I wore dresses when not at work, and if so, what kind did I like?  I of course explained to her that such attire simply isn't my style and didn't come off well on me.  She told me she understood as she herself didn't like to wear dresses as she is a masculine looking woman and said wearing a dress made her look like a man.  We had a good laugh at that and agreed to each just stick with jeans and tops.

hectic

try doing lunges. they'll not only give you some nice female upper leg muscles, but they'll give you a nice round bottom.

stand with legs shoulder length apart. take one leg and take a huge step forward until the leg that is in its original position (and slightly bent) has it's knee nearly reaching the ground, with the heel totally off the ground.  now the leg in front should be at a right angle and the back leg slightly bent, fully extended and heel off the ground.

if you're very thin naturally, you can add a bar with weights that you'll hold behind your neck. you can use a broomstick for this to avoid weight, but aid balance.
