Announcement about referral and funding process for gender affirming surgery in BC Effective: January 2015

The Ministry of Health has reviewed provincial coverage for gender affirming medical treatment. Effective immediately, British Columbia residents do not need to apply for MSP coverage for insured gender-affirming surgery.
