When you least expect it

 As some of you may know or not know, i drive truck so i spend my days around
some very judgemental people and i have not really tried to hang out at the
truck stops too much as Kacey, other than there and my home terminal i am
pretty much full time, everyone knows now except where i work so don't need
word getting back to them before i tell them myself

OK so last night i parked for the night and went in to take a shower
and when leaving the shower i was told * thank you ma'am have a nice day *
and i thought that was nice to hear but then i go over to denny's for some dinner
and the waitress referred to me as ma'am or dear the entire time i was there
and even the person at the cash register called me miss, and all of this was
while just wearing a sweatshirt and jeans with a baseball cap
and no makeup or anything female looking so that kinda boosted my self doubt
about how i look and now i cant wait to see what the HRT will do to make my face even more feminine looking
I am still on cloud nine from them calling me as female without even trying
