...With an amazing trans woman who makes me smile every day

We have been together for almost two years, although we were friends for a while before that. We also have a month old baby, who definitely wasn't on purpose ( but no less loved, I hasten to add).
We are both in university as well.
Didn't know she was she when we first met, or when we got together. Always knew there was something she wasn't telling me but I couldn't put my finger on it. Didn't press the issue because I figured it would all come out when she trusted me... and it did

Did not expect it to be that she was trans though!
We both liked a certain fashion. In this fashion it is quite common for men to dress in womens clothing and women in mens. She admitted she would like to try it out, which opened the door on cross-dressing, which brought up the topic of being transgender... And here we are.
At the moment I'm just trying to muddle through having a young baby, schoolwork and being as supportive as possible. Joined this forum to give other SOs some advice and to better understand what's going on so I can help more, and understand more. Sometimes it's difficult for me not to get frustrated, and I need to remind myself why patience is so important. I guess we've kind of lost touch with each other recently, which is not surprising given everything. We don't talk so much anymore because I am so shattered when I go to bed I just want to sleep, not talk. Barely get a moment alone during the day, as well.
Sorry for venting
Just wanted to say hi
