My name is Lucas and I'm from Brazil (São Paulo). I'm 24 years old and... uhm, that's kind of it? Bye now, nothing to see here.
Oh, fine, I guess there might be a little bit more that I can tell you, let's see.........
I am very awkward, shy and kinda geeky. I love reading and writing. I also tend to waste my time watching terrible TV shows because guilty pleasures and all (oh, hai, Glee).
I haven't begun my transition yet. I currently live with my parents. They don't know about me because they would never accept me. My mother has claimed a few times that she believes transgender people are freaks. So yeah, I'm not telling them anytime soon.
That's not to say that I'm sitting here on my lazy boring ass waiting for my transition to magically begin. I have gone to a place here in SP where you can start your transition. It takes a while because it's a government facility, but at least it's free. I guess in that sense, I did begin the process.
I have also told some people who are close to me, like cousins and a few friends. They have all been very supportive and I couldn't be happier to have them in my life.
Okay, I'm done boring you to death. For now.
I hope to join this great community, which I found thanks to a lovely person who I've met on a different forum.
