Hi there,

My name is Bri, my fiancee (kayliyth) suggested I join this site to help me get in touch with more trans people. I am MtF who hasn't started any chemical transitions. That being said I've changed my hair colour, and done other things to make me feel more like and woman and it is wonderful. We live on Vancouver Island.

Since as far back as I can remember I much prefered doing 'womanly' things, like cooking, hanging out with my mom and grandmother indoors, playing with dolls and the likes. I'm incredibly shy, and still having issues coming out to people and letting them know, as I don't necessarily look the part yet, but it seems that with more time I'm getting more confident.

I'm really into video gaming, and am a cook by trade (kay loves that), am into metal music, and more a cat person than a dog person. Really I'm here to create a larger support network, as well as learn things to help my transition along. I'm pretty laid back, but can be quiet and reserved. That being said, kay is yelling over my shoulder that you all should just maul me and bog me down as much as possible.

I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not  :o

Anyways nice to meet you all =)

Gender and sexuality are fluid, like a river or an ocean, there are many choices and many avenues, and they don't always go one way, like different currents sometimes you end up somewhere you never thought.

Wait, a couple? I love that! Welcome to Susan's Place, Bri and Kayliyth! I'm from Boston.  We don't maul or bog down people here on the site. Certainly not. We do, however, have a full-time branding iron crew. They'll be along to see both of you shortly. >:-) See you around the site!

Hugs, Devlyn
